Return Policy
Return Shipping and Exchange Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We do not provide return labels. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for and cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- All returns must be received by 2 Sisters Boutique within 21 days of the original purchase date.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
After your item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
2 Sisters does not offer refunds under any circumstance for returns, only merchandise exchanges or store credits.
